Where is your shop?
We are an online ordering service, with a home delivery of your order. We do not sell from a physical shop, which is why we can keep our costs lower – the benefit of being that our customers don’t pay extortionate amounts for school uniform.
Which size chart do you follow?
We follow the British size chart. Our sizes are very similar to the British high street shops, so when you first place your order, go by the sizes you would buy from such retailers.
How will I know if the size I choose is the correct one?
We will not hold you to the order you place online. We have a mobile shop which stocks every size. Should you wish to try a size larger or smaller than the one you ordered, then that’s no problem at all. We will exchange it, and you can try everything on before you buy.
How do I pay?
We do not take any payments online. Our policy is a try-before-you buy. We are confident that you will find the size that best fits your child, and until you do, we do not charge you anything. Once we bring the order to you, and you are happy, you can pay our delivery representative using either cash or card
